If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I worked in the heat on cement for 3 hours putting insulation on the airconditioning at the church. I got it nealry done. I do a good job and it was windy, so I stuck it out.
I am very sore today, but i SAVED THE CHURCH A BUNDLE by doing it myself..
go Team! keep moving! Wow! You are an inspiration Lon!!!

Morning run: 4.17 miles in 41:24 minutes.
Lon: Sounds like fun moving horses. My family had a horse when I was a young teenager. Last time I rode a horse was in the early 90's in Encampment, Wyoming. I don't know if working in the heat on cement would be very fun:(.

Yesterday I swam 650 yds with my hubby. He swam more of course. Today I noodled in the pool with my niece for an hour which was so nice. She has 5 kids and one on the way, so I don't get her to myself very often. Go TEAM!

Yesterday's run: American Fork Steel Days 5K in 26:40 minutes. My neighbor is on the high school cross country team. I told him I would be right behind him, about 10 minutes behind him. He took third in the race with a time of 16:?? Minutes. So I was about 10 minutes behind him.

yesterday walked ~1.5 miles, 45 minutes
2 groups of several deer, watched them run through the fields to get further away, from the rear easy to see why they are named "white tail"
lots of killdeer flying around and making their very distinctive call.
a fun walk in the soybean fields
today walked 1 mile, 20 minutes
nice sunset both days
