If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I started the telecommute thing today. I worked my typical day, went for a noon time bike ride and felt like I had a vacation day. SWEET! Go TEAM!

Today I woke up and declared " I will not let you run my life Spondy monster...how do u like them apples?!"... Sat stats: KravMaga CB: 60 minutes I was able to peel myself up for the early class. Wee bugs hate waking up early on school days but come Saturday..they are up at the crack of dawn! It was insanity..>Explosive pushups! On a Sat morning? Bug met her match...I said "tanx but no tanx!" Took Miss Gianna clothes shopping...that in itself was exhausting at Forever 21 revamped into 2 floors ! argh!! Hubby worked late so it was Buggie with 2 wee bugs. Wont be repeating that again! Go Team!!!

Hello team mates and spectators! Just FYI in case anyone wonders: taking a muscle relaxer 4 hours before swimming makes it feel like you're swimming through split pea soup while wearing a pair of overalls & rain boots. Just sayin'... How long does it take those things to get out of one's system? Obviously longer than 4 hours. swimming ~ 1,000 yds / 45 minutesGo TEAM!
