If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today is awesome! Day 2 on the 4.5mg of LDN and I feel like I could run a marathon... I could not make a whole marathon right now, but I could go half way with you. Awww... thanks. I'm planning my first 3 mile walk in almost 2 years on Wednesday. Just because I feel like I could run a marathon, doesn't mean I could actually run one. If I could just go on a medium hike with my old club I would be in heaven Today I'm satisfied with: swimming ~ 1,350 yds / 1 hourGo TEAM!

Grrrr...mini-flare again today. Studied in my recliner until 3, napped until 5:30, cooked dinner and am now dedicated to watching TV until bedtime. I'm wondering if it's rebound from the increased LDN? I even missed tai chi today. But on the up side, I aced a midterm and wrote & submitted a paper! Go TEAM!
