Lol! laugh2
It's the angle of the camera. Makes em' look bigger than they are. I am a proud owner of two strong chicken wings. I angled it that way to catch the definition in them. Made them look bigger though. Now if only my kids would take me serious.. laugh2 wink
Thanks Molly! hugss

Nice muscles Buggie!! Sweet georgia, you can throw a man over you with your hips??? That sounds.........really dang fun!

This weekend we stayed at a Hotel and so I tried to swim, water too cold. So I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Rode the incumbent bike for 5 minutes and stretched for 10 minutes. Free weights 5 more minutes. This about killed me as I am 98% sedentary!! Argh. The shame. I used to TEACH exercise classes!!

So then the next night I tried to do "cycling" in the hot tub, to you know work my knees in the nice warm water. It was great fun until my kids turned off the bubbles only to allow us to discover there was poo in the hotel's hot tub.

Bleck!!!!!!!! Ran back to hotel room and all of us showered head to toe as fast as we could! Yeeeeeuck.

Ahhhhhhhhh. The adventures of trying to exercise.

that is sad orch. it can be scary camping where there are bears in the vicinity. when i was in high school, we used to backpack along the appalachian chain, through scouting.

we had to tie our food up in a tree away from camp. would cook along a stream, again, away from camp, making sure the wind was blowing in a direction that would send the food odors in the direction opposite camp. with a bunch of young girls who might think they could sneak some food into their tents overnight, it was imperative to make it clear how important it was to not even think of such a thing. happy to report we never had any run-ins with bears.

Modesty is all very well dear gal, but those mus'cules you is displayin are plain seriously GOOD. An you can flip a big bloke over your hip - great stuff. Would be fun to know 'how' to do that. Nothing like it near to me though. Sigh. You'll need to demo to those kiddies of yourn - they need to realise they got a real toughie of a mom, don't mess wiv mom kids! stern

Over here? Coooooold. We've had feet of snow, then non stop rain washed it all away. The chucks aint amused... Friends on their way back to the UK with 4 dogs, one cat and 3 horses were told, no horse boxes permitted on the UK roads, so they are here for the duration. This was after all the good-byes, parties, tears etc etc. Quite funny, but at least they are all safe. Of course, the dogs are happily playing muddy havoc with cleaned floors - and all the rest!

Let the floors dry an then the dirt can be swept up - or put down newspaper for the nonce. Am a great believer in newspaper. Very useful - then you can light the fires with the paper (IF you have an open fire that is...)

Take care Buggsie - don't do too much cleaning, life's too short! hugss

I'm so freaked out by wildlife this year. We've had two bad maulings that were not food related within 50 miles of us, and a hiker was gored to death by a mountain goat just up the mountain from where I live this year. I'm sort of glad I'm not hiking this winter season. I think the economy must be irritating the wildlife as well as "civilization". Maybe a cranky vibe. eek2

Well team, today was exciting and fun. I found out via my doc and tests that I (a) do not have a big hole in my heart and (b) my other tests turned out dandy as well. cheerleader

So, to celebrate I had a hot fudge sunday and then swam 1,000 yds in 40 minutes. I even raced my husband for 25 yards and almost caught him. Of course, he didn't know we were racing, because if he had I wouldn't have had a chance. laugh2

Life is good today!

Go TEAM! clap
