If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

ha ha ha! that's dedication! i just so didn't feel like going for a walk today after getting the tree, the upper trap is killing me today, but hubby and i both knew that walking would be the best thing for it, so he went for a walk with me today so i'd get out there! its nice to have him here to motivate me when i don't have the drive myself. it really was a nice day, a bit cold, but sunny and no wind, and with thinsulate in my boots and a scarf and hood around my head, it was fine. actually like walking when its colder so i don't get sweaty and have to take a shower after. walk: 1.5 miles, 30 minutes.

Just so you don't feel alone in your lack of motivation, I almost NEVER feel like swimming. But after I'm done, my body is always grateful. Go TEAM!

Yesterday it snowed a couple of inches here. While I was shoveling the walk I saw some one running on the snowy road. I don't dare run on the snowy road, to easy for the cars to slid and hit me. I went to the gym and spent 60 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer.
I wanted to say that I don't reply to a lot of things here, but I do read it. I think everyone is doing a great job. I think that is what it is all about "fight the AS every way possible". I think when you give up that is when it wins.
Thanks everyone for all you do, it is an inspiration to me. Thanks to EricaK for starting this topic.

While I was shoveling the walk I saw some one running on the snowy road. I don't dare run on the snowy road, to easy for the cars to slid and hit me. I went to the gym Good for you! In Norway everyone wears reflecting bands and they pin dangly reflectors on the kids clothes. Not that it would prevent harm from a sliding car, but it amazes me that such a simple thing keeps people from getting hit in the dark. I live in a town with an average age of 63, and people walk, run, and bike all around here in dark colored clothing. It drives me nuts! I'm not trashing older drivers, but there are giant bumpers in front of every single post office parking place for a reason. Plus which I my own self have a cataract, which makes it difficult to see dark clothed people in the rain and/or snow at night. Well, I guess that's enough of my rant. I appreciate you, too! Go TEAM!

"Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, give in. Never give in. Never give in. Never give in." What is this, make Erica blush day? I was thinking that it's funny that your wife thinks biking in the rain makes you crazy. Has she seen the photo of you standing on ... was that Whitney?

i do think that if they had tested for learning disabilities when i was growing up, i'd have tested positive for no memory what's so ever! but the advantage of that was that i had to reason everything out, perfect for a budding scientist! its just that now the language part of memory is going as well. thankfully i just roll with it and it doesn't bug me the way it used to. i figure if something is important enough............and why i write everything and i mean everything down, and have papers and books everywhere and must stay very organized, then all i have to do is remember where something is.
