If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Loads of economic cutbacks here in Spain. I have been on a medication for the last 5 years which has worked out really well for me so far. I hope it doesn´t get cut back!

I haven't been reporting for a while because I've been so busy with my PhD. However, I ws keeping up an average of 2 - 3 40 minute walks per week until recently. Now it looks as though I have a hip injury. Off to get X-rays but have been barely able to walk the las few days. Went to doc today. He's suspicious of either hip cartilage tear or a crush injury or a fracture of the hip socket! Grrr!

62 laps 46 minutes. I do think I'm actually going faster than that, and my flip turns are getting pretty decent now...maybe I'm forgetting to hit the button on my little lap counter.

Dow, it is with the utmost respect that I make this perusal of your post,my friend, I have lived in the Land where I think I am actually going faster than I am. So it is with a h"eavy heart that I welcome you to my world, "Going Faster- Than I Am" Me being somewhat of a mountain lover; I can not compute the "flip turns". do you have a special appendage that propels you to sonic speed? Naturally I want one / or two. Might I add that getting a bigger orange button to hit might work! Dow it is with fondness I make these suggestions, hoping for some sort of humorous response. We all know if I had to swim, my name would be bob.
still walking the hill! 20inut minutes doing better

Wholey Moley! I just rode my trike all over town - 7.6 miles to be exact - then when I rode into the garage, I got off the trike and MY RIGHT REAR WHEEL FELL OFF!!! I wondered that that creaking sound had been... Sheesh. Along the way I stopped at the university and swam 600 yds. Good job this week TEAM! Welcome here McBee! GO TEAM!

Today I walked about 2 miles while wandering around with my nieces, shopping for clothes and looking for locking nuts for my strike axle. GO TEAM!
