If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Luckily tonights class was ALOT of stretching. Really seemed to help. Pain is still there but the stretches were quite helpful.
Wowie, that class is intimidating just hearing you describe it! Good job! Go TEAM!

and the way you do it is as it should be. i will learn to turn off email, internet, and get some work done. you're right, at work during the day, too many interruptions. at home should be better, i just need to be better. no walking today, hamstring tendon entheses too inflamed, walking just makes them worse, don't want to set them back to where they were in 2006 where i was literally off my feet for about 6-8 weeks. but LDN has often healed them up in the last year when i started to worry about them going downhill. here's to LDN! chiro suggested upping the stretching so the muscles aren't pulling on those tendons so much! so tonight instead, did my band exercises about 10 minutes and good stretching about 30 minutes.buggy, i have to hand it to you for that workout! orch, i have to hand it to you for that running! erica, i have to hand it to you for what you've done for yourself swimming! molly, have to hand it to you for keeping on keeping on as you say! and apologies to anyone i missed!

Good job! Your walk of course makes me green with envy! I'm still limping my way out of this stupid flare I walked myself into last Friday. Today I managed to swim 450 yds before my back cramped up. Go TEAM!

thanks erica, no walk today to try to settle the hamstring tendon down but walking around bookstore for a few hours, so up on feet and you know what, hamstring tendon feels a bit better! think i'll be waiting til the weekend for a good walk. hoping the hamstring tendon calmed down by then. you'll be back at it again in no time too! you've made so much progress this past year, a little setback for a few days is a drop in the bucket compared to all you've accomplished!

Thursday Walk: 4 miles (80 minutes) 30 minutes stretching Tomorrow is a work celebration for a project completion. We're going to climb the walls! ( Stonehenge) My only concern is, "Can I look up while on the wall?" Food and drink too!
