If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Baked cookies, practiced flag ceremony and made a "healthy food chart" with the boys. Didn't sit down until I drove them home. Whew!!!! They have SO MUCH energy! It's a kick to be around them!!!
Go team!!!
Way to go mama! Go TEAM!

i worked from home today too so got to go for my walk.
i do like working from home, but need to learn some more self discipline. definitely more comfortable working from home, but not quite as productive. but learning tricks to stay focussed.

I used to keep my walking shoes and clean socks by the front door. Of course, you might need snowshoes...

Got out twice today. Walked into town twice, all of c12 mins (1/4 mile in total?) - not very far 'smile'. Bitterly cold. Was looking for a...dada...knitting pattern! No, didn't find it. Breath sigh of relief, now have *great excuse NOT to execute garment - mind you, with 'my' expertise with the needles (ah-hem) execution is prob the spot-on description <LOL>
Oh yes: feet hurt and scrunched out my left knee - did emit sound of pain in newspaper shop!
Did buy Radio Times and a loaf of bread.

oh i'm disciplined in the walking, its the working that i need discipline in. you see, its things like walking that allow me to procrastinate the work. now if i had no work to do, maybe i'd need more motivation to walk, but since its my procrastination activity......well, you see where this is going! if i'm gonna work from home, have to actually get some work done, or so hubby says! i think he may be right.
