If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today I swam 1,000 yds in 1 hr.I wonder if I just hurt myself with that long walk last week or if I caused a flare? Whatever, sacrum & lower spine are super irritated. Tomorrow resting... Go TEAM!

another day, another snowy walk: 1.5 miles, 30 minutes (brrr, its windy out there! need to find a way to keep my hood from flying off my head!) erica, hope you are feeling better soon. sometimes walks set me back too, be it my SI, my hamstring tendons, or feet. when that happens, i take a day or two off til things settle down a bit. feel better soon!

LOL! i saw the 22 miles and thought 22 mile is possible. Once a "little while ago" I walked from Tuolumne Meadows to Yosemite Valley in one day the long way via Sunrise Lakes. After I left Sunrise I decided I wanted a beer. I was hiking solo. Then it became a "can I do it". 30 miles later I opened my beer!

Sunday 12/05: bike 25 miles (100 minutes) Monday 12/06: bike 25 miles (90 minutes) plus 30 minutes stretching.
I worked from home today which meant I got to go for a lunch time ride...I love it!

Way to keep in the game! erica, hope you are feeling better soon. sometimes walks set me back too, be it my SI, my hamstring tendons, or feet. when that happens, i take a day or two off til things settle down a bit. feel better soon! Nodding yes. I was thinking about your torn rotator cuff again today when I was swimming, and being very conscious of my form. I swam 10 laps, and I couldn't get my back to loosen up, so I got in the hot tub on the jets for 10 minutes. Then swam the last 10 laps. Back in the jets for 5. I'm being VERY careful, and yesterday I just rested. This spondy monster is out to get me, but I will win the war! Go TEAM!
