this has been a bad week for exercise, gotta figure something out for next week and beyond.

tuesday thought i'd have time after the chiro but ended up having to go to cvs and then it was dark once i was done that.

wednesday had to pull an almost all nighter to finish something the department dumped on us last minute, grrr, hate last minuteness!

thursday by the time i got done standing in a cold room for an hour and a half with my collaborator and research student, got home after dark.

today i chose happy hour with colleague friends to blow off steam from the insane week. mental health as important as physical health! so don't feel guilty about this at all! even managed to avoid the bad-for-me food traps by eating some yogurt and fruit before going.

so tomorrow, body and weather willing, going on a long walk and/or bike ride! its supposed to be a little chilly (60 degrees) but doesn't look like rain is in the forecast.

after walking almost every day for over a year, i'm so addicted to it and miss it so much! have to figure out a way to make it work better! wish i had a walking situation at work like LATH does! that would be ideal! but i'll figure something out.

Thank you! I find myself for a moment of habit looking for him as I come out the garage door. He always greeted me with a hug in the morning. It was more than just jumping up on me. It was a hug. And if I didn't hug him back long enough he would jump right back up. I knew he liked it so and I will miss it so. His resting place is in front of three redwood trees in our backyard. I made a concrete marker that I poured today.
