HaHa - what a gas that would be. Oh what fun. Goat carts are splendid. Remember seeing them at the Surrey Agricultural Fair many moons ago. Irene Benjamin was riding in one, not a mean shape of a woman! Good side saddle exponent, anyways, she also showed in her goat cart. Ter-rif-ic. Would be a real blast to have one. But not in town I'm afraid. Sigh.

Wow, you have been busy! cheerleader

Do you log hours for work or are you salary?

As always I aspire to be as good at daily stretching as you are.

Go TEAM! clap

A nice bowl of left over scraps today. Also need to check their water - soon freezes solid. 4p.m. yes, it's time. (Put my phone in my pocket, in case Dr nice guy phones me.)

Hola Molly! rainbow
Oh I know it's not funny. I bowled over and the 4 letter words that spilled outta my mouth...i was in pain. blush

Women usually are asked to wear a mouth piece in level II and men the protectors from I on up. I've not had a problem until last night. Had she looked before she struck it would have easily been avoided. I dont fall in Krav. They've taught us proper stance. Legs have to be apart in the stance. If you're a smaller frame like I am then they tell you a wee bit more and it helps you a tremendous amount. Your stance is what keeps you from being toppled over or injured. I learned that fairly quickly from my early days last year. For some reason it came quite naturally to me. But we get new members all the time. Some have already been mugged, assaulted, or frightened. So they often are either very timid or nervous reaction and hit before re-thinking steps they taught us. Plus the ground is completely padded. Even more than the bag class. But I've never toppled over. I always dig in my heels, left foot in front of right and i'm safe. When they did the front and side padded man attack simulations--that simple stance prevented the ladies from being shoved by him. Very effective. yes

But I'm off to my bed now with remote in hand and ready to watch some History channel! rainbow

HaHa - No, he said he was coming back to me with a possible name of a nearby physio, but the one an only physio here in my wee town is the guy I went to last year - called 'waste of time' fella! Told my guy that, so don't know whom he can come up with, said he was going to have a chat with my GP as I 'needed PT'.. Right, no arguement with that. And, he agreed that 'better 'with' a structored programme than trying to go it alone'. Go with that as well. So, don't want to miss his call.

He's a good Dr, concerned for his patients: I have respect for him. (None too many of those around!!)

Sounds like the stance for fencing, well balanced on a spread base. Just soooo glad it wasn't any more serious hon. Bed, with a hottie and some Arnica ointment for the bruises. Enjoy the history channel - am not on Sky so can't indulge...
