If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

what a pretty day sunny and 62 degrees, light breeze.
spring is certainly here: bacon (our neighbors' pot belly pig (don't know his real name but we think bacon is very fitting!) was outside sunning himself. when i walked by, he got up and started to walk toward me, wagging his tail. the other neighbor's dog got his ball and wanted to play as well.

Decided to start this week better than I did the last.
1500 metres in the pool. I have a twinge in my back and the swimming seems to be soothing it so have ditched cycling/jogging and am concentrating on the swimming until I get it sorted out.

I forgot to post Saturday's run, and activities. I ran 7 miles in 1 hour and 5 minutes. Then I went and helped my wife move rack's, and office equipment for the new store the company is opening. I didn't realize it was going to be that much work, but it took most of the day.
Sue I like the trampoline idea for the intersections, or Lon's traffic controller. They are in the process of moving a canal by my house underground. They are then putting in a walking/biking path on top. I can't wait for them to finish that.
