If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

my joints (SI, knees, feet) were loosey goosey and afraid i'd screw something else up worse that i did my SI this morning; shifted weight and felt it give, but in spasm today. but i got off pretty easy considering. so no walk for me today, too fragile today. but things feel tighter now, so think the danger zone is over. knew when i woke with a terrible calf cramp this morning that that did not bode well!
but i was on my feet cooking for about 5 hours straight today, best thing for me actually!
happy thanksgiving everyone!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Tuesday: Womens only KravMaga Level I Self defense: 60 min. Thursday: 2 miles @ 1 hour at Woodlawn Park We ate so much yesterday..GG suddenly wanted to go walk. So rather than be a stick in the mud I went. Ack...it got cold! But it was fun! We ran into 2 boxers male and female too! G tells me "mommie, ummm..Bubba's bigger than all the boxers we see!" Yep..he's a big boy! He loves this weather too! We wrapped it up because it dipped down to 30 last night and tonight down to 25. But we walked off some turkey, fruit salad, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, endless rolls, pumpkin pie, and some tres leches cake my father picked up from a lovely little bakery..the best i've tried yet! tomorrow is petes annual birthday afterthanksgiving workout. 3 hours of nonstop insanity. 30 min of each class. i wont make all of them. but i'll try in least a couple. i'm starting to gobble outloud! goooo team!!

Hi Team! It's raining in western WA today, who would have guessed? Today I only swam 250 yds in 10 minutes, then I got into the hot tub and stretched for 10 minutes. It's just all I could handle today. Tomorrow, Mt. Everest! Hope everyone had/is having a great day today! Go TEAM!

Have my GPS recharged, ran 5.08 miles in 50:38 minutes this morning. It was about 20 degrees this morning. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
My right knee is bothering me a bit, but still going.

hi all! yesterday: walked 30 minutes, 1.5 miles. then many hours of housework, not very aerobic, but at least up on my feet most of that time. but too sore from it so no walk today, more housework instead. its good to have thanksgiving break to really go through the house! excellent slide show! wow, lots of norwegian swimming pools! and buggy, three hours, wow! can anyone do that without fainting!?! 30-60 minutes is all i can imagine of anything. and all that food sounds yummy! we had the usual: turkey, gravy, stuffing (sausage, mushroom, apple, raisin, breading, and herbs, definitely not LSD), roasted brussel sprouts, limas, candied yams, cranberry sauce, applesauce, pumpkin custard, amerettis, - everything home made. i love to cook just don't usually have the time, so enjoy the holidays for a chance to go crazy in the kitchen. and steve, such dedication to go running in that kind of cold!
