thanks kat, when the PF started, i feel like i tried everything, but its been about 10 years, so who remembers. rumble suggested something too, i've bookmarked it, maybe even this product, certainly cheap enough to give it a try. my latest venture, ugg loafers, they have more padding, and so far so good. but always have an eye open for better!

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

I have been having warm baths lately instead of showers as I find the warmth helps a great deal.
Oh, yes. Warm baths are good!
