If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run: I could have run outside today, they are predicting more snow (it will be good for the AS ski party), but we have not seen any snow today yet. I went on the elliptical did 35 minutes 4.02 miles on the hill course. I made a 5k (3.1 miles) in under 27 minutes.

I am ready to go out and move what I hope is slush. My number #14 shovel is nearly to much when it is full!

Today ran out for just over a mile. I decided there was to much ice on the roads so I turned around and ran to the gym. 2.48 miles. Then I for on the elliptical for 64 minutes for a 10k (6.2 mile). Then I ran home .98 miles. Total ran 3.46 miles and 6.2 miles on the elliptical.

We got a dusting of snow here last night. When I used to make snow plows run, I hated the stuff. Now I long for some.
One half mile in the pool Saturday. With flip turns. Some times I had to back up and do over. still sloppy.
Good to be back in the pool!

Sheesh, last flare seems to be leaving. Phew! Yesterday I swam 600 yes, saw my grief counselor, then stayed on the couch all evening. Go TEAM!
