today, walked , 1.5 miles, 30 minutes, howie day on the ipod, dilating eye drops in the eyes (just back from the eye doctor), but waited til dusk so light wouldn't hurt my eyes, nice walk today, not too warm, not too cold, and no wind! smile

wonder if i understand, i love the reclining indoor stationary bikes, but its not really like biking especially on one of those things. just sit there pedaling, watching tv.

but have resisted the idea for outside, just not the same, though maybe once trying one i'd feel differently, dunno?

john have you ever tried one (an outdoor mobile one)? seems like it would just be so very odd.
