If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I suggest taking dog treats along from now on. My husband always walks with treats in his pockets and the dogs are ALL friendly. Now why didn't I think of that?! We carry apples and carrots for the donkey, perhaps he's jealous and wondering where his treat is! Only trouble is though, he lives close by and may end up being my stalker if I am too good to him!!! I shall proceed with caution! lol Thanks Erica

I'm hoping to join the team again on Monday! Been off for two weeks and feeling sad about it.

Hopeless. went to PT today - whole day, nowt achieved. Attended occupational therapy this morning. V. boring. Could do everythung they decided to throw at me - which wasn't much. Then HOURS of doing nothing with hospital 'lunch' to break the monotomy. Then saw the Dr, who told me I'd be doing balneotherapy (hydrotherapy) next week unless I decided not to...haha Them at 3.15 having been there since 9.30a.m. had a 'supposed' PT session. Sigh. The gal adamitted that she didn't 'know' what she was 'supposed' to be doing with me, so, gave me a massage then placed a hot pad under my shoulders. End of day.
Totally pointless. When I went to sit up it was painful as my chest resettled itself, so got told off for not taking pain killers! Bumped into the Dr in the corridor who told me off for not taking pain killers - told me that I make the therapists nervous as I am in pain and don't take pain killers. All so flippin daft. Think I'm gonna chuck this nonsense in. In two weeks have only had two decent PT sessions. Idiocy.
Gave them copies of Manatee's work outs AND the A'S'S (American Spondy Association) work outs, but they don't take it on board - except for the young guy, but he is a temp placement, and not there next week. Don't think I'm gonna be there next week either...! All such a waste of my time and of course, theirs as well.

Cleaning house and picking fruit! Fantastic exercise, Donette! You are officially a domestic goddess Ha ha!! I wish! I only cleaned my house because my parents were coming to town to watch my daughter's b-ball game and I don't want them to "see" how sick I really am. Dumb, eh? And the apples and pears, well they should have been pick a couple weeks ago. The leaves are off the trees, and the red apples look like Christmas ornaments. We were feeling guilty and wasteful, but also sick (me) and busy (hubby) and so we just barely got to it!!!! But thank you for the complement. I "used" to be a domestic goddess, or at least tried to anyway. AS has since caused that ship to sail!

Will have to do some exercise to work off the calories, Oh dear! Well, PT is pretty much a waste of time, so, will have to find summat else. But still looking forward to that cake, mate!

Did you know that purple potatoes make lavender mashed potatoes, but purple string beans turn green when you cook them? It's a curious fact that I would love an answer for if anyone has one. one simple possibility could be that some colors change color depending on pH, that's how pH indicators work, a dye that's one color at one pH and another at another. like for example red cabbage is red if you add a little vinegar, keep it acidic, otherwise it turns blue. Oooooo... what could I add to keep it more purple? try a little (balsamic) vinegar? if it needs to be more acidic, that will work. if it needs to be more basic, can't help then, don't want to be adding lye or baking soda to the food....BLECK! LOL!
