If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

hi erika! no damage to the joints. still as bad as they were when i first started i suppose! i guess i am just feeling more exhausted with the hubby out of town at training and 3 gremlins on summer vacation and trying to prep for test at the same time is overwhelming. this humidity drains me and hurts my joints so much. this past week my hands have felt like they are full of fluid about to burst with pressure. good job on the swimming erika!!

I have done absolutely zero exercise today and I'm not planning on doing any. I'm in a crabby mood and nothing is motivating me to move. So there. I'm sure I'll regret this decision tomorrow morning when I wake up stiffer than usual. Hmmm... well, maybe I'll go tread water in our condo pool later. I'll let you know what happens.

Today's run 6.29 miles 1 hour and 2 minutes. I am with you Erica, and Donnette, I am just so tired of being sick all the time. I think part of it may be the MS medication I take. It says it makes you sick for 24 hours, but now I don't get as sick it just last several days now. I would really like to get a good nights sleep.

everybody. i was telling the chiro this morning that if i seemed a bit grumpy, it was because i woke up especially "physically grumpy". told my husband this morning that one of the excuses i have for staying up so late is that if i'm not in a flare or don't have a particularly hard day, i feel much better in the second half of the day as i do in the first half of the day, so i like to make my second half longer! some mornings / days are just harder than others! last night, didn't get home til 8:45 pm, not sure how much time i had for a walk. but love this time of year! was still able to walk 1.5 miles, 30 minutes before it got dark. love that it doesn't get really dark until after 9:30 pm!

Hello friends... Thought I would share my little bit of news today... I passed my KM level I test today!! I was so exhausted this week with this horrible heat that I didnt think I would make it...but I went for it. I am banged up but I now have my little yellow belt and am a KM leve II student! Wahoo! AS can kick me around, swell up my joints, toss flares at me, make me walk like an old buggie, and pray for the pain to stop...but I refuse to let it stop me from living my life...and pffft to you AS monster...I kicked your AS today! lol GOOOO team!!

Today's run 13.1miles. Time 2 hours 10 minutes 26 seconds. Ran up American Fork canyon, and back down. Saw a deer along the way, glad I didn't see any bears.
