hello fellow team mates! fell asleep early last night..asthma flared up and i allowed myself to just put everything on hold --chore wise so i could catch up on much needed sleep!  Tues stats: KM CB: 60 minutes Go team!!

he sounds like a hoot!  me, walked tonight, 1.5 miles, 30 minutesfall is definitely in the air! i love this time of year! just crisp and cool enough but not cold!
