Awesome Buggy!!! Found the direct link to the great feature article on you:

HERE

I also watched the video on the Krav Maga facility on the first page. Wow, that place is intense! They even have a mock-up airplane with passenger seats to train how to defend during a hostage situation?? eek2

And I thought our health club pool with the helicopter crash simulator was cutting edge! tongue2

Teri,
Just remember to stay closer to assistance, in case in pull a muscle or start to ache. I wish you the best in riding. When I was in remission some years back I was riding 16 miles, but it was up one heck of a hill!! And then climbing a canyon.
Keep us posted

Good job everyone!

Dow thank you!

1/2 hour walking and stationary bicycle

snow removal and ice chipping one hour last few days.

I am outside in the sunshine, about 30 degrees, long sleeve shirt and it does feel good.

walked ~2 miles, ~45 minutes today.

loving the unseasonably warm winter we've been having.
no snow on the ground right now; unheard of up here this time of year!
in the high 30s today, partly sunny, overall nice day.

halfway through my walk, turned around to head back, ran into my neighbor, out walking her dog, so i joined up with her for the rest of the walk. it was nice to have her to chat with. walking is so much faster when doing it with someone else smile

and such a cute little black poodle. very friendly. very well behaved. he's only 2-3 years old.

Walked really fast this afternoon - managed my 2 miles in 25 minutes because I was expecting visitors and needed to get back!! My hip is a bit tender right now so I'm not sure it was really wise.

Good job on the exercise! cheerleaderBut sorry about the flare. Do you think it's related?

How's the weather over on your side of the hill? We have dreary clouds today.

That video is hilarious! I posted it on my fb. cheerleader

Yesterday I swam 1,000 yds. The day before that I walked 1.5 miles. I have to say that I'm not thrilled about swimming in 79F/26C in winter is not my fave, but it really cuts down on the inflammation. Stay tuned to see if I actually make it down to the pool today. My right hip/sacrum/whatever has finally quit catching and I can walk in my regular shoes again.

Go TEAM! clap
