If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

at least with all this sitting, my ribs are still doing ok, periodically i lay on the floor of my office over a rolled up comforter and let gravity crack my spine. that seems to help. that and sitting in my good chairs with a heating pad on my back. i'm be glad when all this grading is over. much less next quarter. about a third the number of students next quarter and only 2 classes instead of 3. yay!

I thought PhD's were supposed to have flunkies...ahem, I mean undergrads... To grade for you! I wish! that's only at RO1 schools! at PUI (primarily undergraduate institutions) we do it all! i just need to stop making my courses and exams so challenging! eventually i'll learn!

today, walked with hubby 1.5 miles, 30 minutesit was an unseasonably warm 60 degrees today, a bit overcast, but with a temperature like that, no complaints, winter will be here soon enough!

I got to see my friend's belly wiggle today! I know that sounds silly, but he fell down a flight of stairs during a blood sugar crash and is paralyzed from the chest down. Belly wiggling is GOOD NEWS! I swam 1,050 yds in 40 minutes. Life is good today. Go TEAM!

He and his wife are the most inspiring people I have ever met. There was a small get together at his rehab hospital tonight, and he talked about wanting to reach toward developing the faith of God rather than just faith in God. Wow. Who is that positive? Joe, that's who. I get to make them dinner Tuesday night, so I'm making chicken & dumplings w/ carrots, potatoes, and celery from our garden. I feel like I won the friendship lottery with those two.
