If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

maybe try taking at night right before bed? that's when i take it and it seems to kind of reset my system each night. that plus the LDN doing their magic overnight, ok, that competing with the laying in one position trying to undo the good of those two drugs! anyway, what i've found is that i get incredibly sleepy because my BP drops really low (as low as 80/55) about 45-60 minutes after i take it. then really zonked out for about an hour, hour and a half, and incredibly dry mouth during this time (drinking a whole glass of water when i take the drug and then an hour later when it starts to kick in helps or being asleep when it kicks in). then i feel the muscle relaxant affects for up to about 5 hours total. they say it lasts in the blood stream about 6 hours. so my body seems to perform as the literature describes. also, i only take 2 mg. if i took more, not sure what would happen: maybe i'd accidently stretch my head right off my neck! LOL! no, rather i'm afraid my BP would drop so low i'd stop living. i'd like to avoid that if at all possible.

I worked from home today. It was nice, but I was oh so busy...still am.
I wanted to ride my bike but I needed to walk too (it's a team thing from work)...so I did both. I rode out about 3 miles (not far for riding...hardly even count) and then walked back. So for today:
Monday: walk 3 miles (60 minutes) and 30 minute stretching

I spend 35 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer, then 10 minutes lifting weights.

PS-aside to Sue. No more zanaflex for me. My heart does nor like it. Any other ideas? very sorry to hear that what do you mean by that? slowing it down? my bp drops very low: as low as 80/55 but its been doing that for about 10 years now and seems to be ok, i just have to be prepared for it. or do you mean racing? that would be kind of the opposite of what is common for a muscle relaxant to do. could you take less? or maybe try skelaxan, i've heard good things about that drug as well. again, sorry! me: got back from chiro just after it got dark, didn't want to get hit by a car on our street. so did the cul-de-sac (good streetlight lighting and very few cars), a loop is a half mile. so did a short walk tonight, with flashlight in hand. find its good to walk right after the chiro, helps his work! tonight: walking 1 mile, 20 minutes hi everyone! busy with work as well! grading grading grading! better than studying studying studying.......i think?

slowing it down? ...or do you mean racing? Thunking unevenly. Oh well, it's a quality problem. I feel SO MUCH BETTER than I did a few months ago, I have nothing to complain about! cul-de-sac (good streetlight lighting and very few cars), a loop is a half mile That's a LONG cul-de-sac! Good job! grading grading grading! better than studying studying studying.......i think? Since I spend my day doing the latter, I tend to agree, but then I've never done graded graded graded.Yay for teachers! Go, TEAM!
