Holy OUCH!
45 minutes of "shakin' what my mama gave me" = 4000 steps on the pedometer.
Sorry about the OUCH!
But Woohoo for the exercise and attitude!
I have recently bought a fit ball and noticed immediate positive results!
WhoopWhoop! Go Scott!
last night, needed to take a break, walked the building, through A level, up the stairs, through floor 1, up the stairs, through floor 2, up the stairs, through floor 3, down the stairs, through floor 2, down the stairs, through floor 1, down the stairs, back to my office.
This reminds me of a book I used to read to my kids. It all counts!
Yesterday, walked 2 miles in 1/2 hour. On Friday, did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer.
Right on Wendy!
My weight is going up quickly. I am now 98 kilos and rising. I do my exercise but I have this extreme love of food that seems to have complete control over me. Hmmmm....
Hmmmm… I believe the term is exercise AND diet.
Good job on the exercise!
The weather is still perfect for running here. Not to cold, and not hot. We are having a very mild winter.
Same over on this side of the hill. Go running dude!
1 hour chipping ice with a hand held bar
WHAT!?!
Good job on that 5% grade!
Before I get going is there anything I need to worry about. I plan on working at it slowly. I'd like to one day start cycling long distances again.
Teri, with us slow and steady at first is a good plan.
Good job!
2 mile walk yesterday .. brought golf clubs and made a few strokes along the way.. In January in Illinois..it's too much.
Really?! Golf clubs? That's amazing.
I too like the swim in the middle of a walk.
learning how to do flip swim turns (not quite mastered)
Good job!
Isn't it fun?
I learned watching YouTubes.
Today I vacuumed my sister's house for 1 hr, yesterday I swam 1,000 yds and cleaned my sister's house for 2 hrs, and the day before I walked 1 mile. Sheesh, all that ignoring my diet and eating whatever-the-heck-I-wanted attitude seems to be simmering down to a dull roar. But I definitely got the Holy OUCH last week.
Good job everyone!
Go TEAM!
