Teri,

If the exercise you do is "painful," don't do it. I find that the first few minutes are uncomfortable as everything gets moving again, but then feels better. Just listen to your body. Exercise helps SOOOOOOOOOO much with lowering inflammation and pain for me.

Monday: 2 1/2 hip hop dance videos....5500 steps for the day
Tuesday: 2 videos......4800 steps
Wednesday: Big grocery shopping day.....5000 steps total

Lon: There is no actual hipping or hopping going on! lol. I just do my best and pray no one is watching!

Good job! cheerleader Isn't it fun? devil2 I learned watching YouTubes. yes

Today I vacuumed my sister's house for 1 hr, yesterday I swam 1,000 yds and cleaned my sister's house for 2 hrs, and the day before I walked 1 mile. Sheesh, all that ignoring my diet and eating whatever-the-heck-I-wanted attitude seems to be simmering down to a dull roar. But I definitely got the Holy OUCH last week.
blush

Good job everyone! 1cup

Go TEAM! clap

Swam 2000 metres in 55 minutes+/-. Nice weather over here. Swimming outdoors in a big pool (50 metres) and there has been no need for a wetsuit at all. Happy days

Thanks for all the advice! It really helped. Went walking today, about a mile. Looking forward to going longer tomorrow.

Ran about 4 mile today. 1.5 miles into the run the battery on my GPS went so I am not sure of the time, or the exact distance.
