too bad about the heart thing. pseudafed (pseudoepinephrine) used to make my heart race, scary stuff. took one pill at 7 am and was still bouncing off the walls at midnight. so yeh, i know. but like you, i just feel blessed whenever i find a drug that works and doesn't cause side effects! woohoo! cheerleader

thanks for the comment about teachers, you are so sweet! hrtballon

Hey Kevin
It's so great to see you posting your walks with Scoobs woof do you have a nice walk you take him on, nearby? A walk is a walk in any case - dogs are a great reason to get you off your bottom and out for a bit, aren't they?!
Hope you and Joanne are feeling a bit better than you have been heart This weather just makes you want to hibernate snowflake1

Just a few calculations to mention:

Orch: I am putting your cross-trainer stats under the Gym heading.

Erica #1: You swam for 30 minutes on one occassion and I popped in a distance of 750 yards for you as this is your average distance in that time!

Erica #2: I have absolutely credited your horrendous hour of dragging luggage around - you poor thing! That really ought to have a catagory of it's own.

Kevin: you walked for about a mile and I popped a time of 45 minutes in for that - based on your figures for previous walk.

I am really putting these notes in for myself incase I need to look back at anything! It doesn't take much to confuse me eek2
