His team finished third. He finished in the middle of the pack in his two races. I am not sure how many teams were at the meet, but at least seven.

NSAIDS ~ sigh, how I miss thee. SSZ ~ unfortunately I'm ANA+ which makes that too much of a risk for me, because one of my sister's already has lupus AND an allergy to sulfa.

I told a new guy on KickAS that I get more good ideas and advice on this forum than I have ever gotten from ANY doctor.

You guys ROCK! cheerleader

Go TEAM! clap

i've heard others say ssz messed them up (thinking molly with the ringing in the ears for one, think i got that right)........well, just hoping on my way to a drug that works that we don't have any irreversible side effects, that would suck! a little gastritis or edema that goes away when the drug is pulled i can live with, so long as that's also not causing long term problems that i'm not aware of. sometimes i really do feel like a human guinea pig having to try all these things that based on my history are likely to cause problems instead of just moving to something completely different, oh well, patience, i've already tried 9 different nsaids / cox 2 inhibitors, there really aren't too many more left out there to test me on. crazy

as for that second statement, i second that......the amount of useful info and ideas and advice i've gotten here is invaluable! cheerleader

ok, in my exuberance to reply to everyone here, forgot to put down my distance and time:

yesterday: walk: 1 mile with my tunes, then another 1 mile with hubby!

Hei! Hola! Hello! cheerleader

Swimming with 2mg of Zanaflex in my system? Not so easy, but by golly I got it done! (Sue, I took it at 9:30am ~ it seems my back did not want to be loading boxes at the food bank today ~ and didn't swim until 2:45pm. Isn't it supposed to be SHORT acting? eek2
1,150 yds / 45 minutes

I dunno know if I'll stretch tonight. I feel pretty weird still..... like I might accidentally stretch my head right off my neck. That would be bad. no

Go TEAM! clap
