Feeling kind of daring I bought a "hip hop" dance workout dvd set. It was hillarious. Picture my 90 year old exterior trying to hip hop dance! I was slightly winded afterword and I did 2 (highly modified) workouts back to back because it was FUN!

And then I woke up this morning and feel like I've been beaten soundly with a rolling pin on every part of my body. Holy OUCH!

45 minutes of "shakin' what my mama gave me" = 4000 steps on the pedometer.

Keep up the good work team!!!

Today went to the gym. Did 20kms in 29.49 minutes (a record for me I believe). Also did 5kms jogging in 33.09 seconds. Then I did 400metres in the pool. Not bad before lunch.

My weight is going up quickly. I am now 98 kilos and rising. I do my exercise but I have this extreme love of food that seems to have complete control over me. Hmmmm....

Donette,
Don't be silly, man was not made to have both feet off the ground, that is why he gave us two feet. In case one is accidental lifted far into space, we can lean of the other one.
You silly, silly, girl, hoping is made for rabbits, not for men. I tried to stand on one keg once, I tipped over so fast the poor farmers thought it was an earth quake!
I love it her! Go girl!
My hams, just will not let my feet be subjected to such bouncing!

...figuratively speaking anyway. After a few days of a small flare it occurred to me to read the label of the licorice I've been eating. WHEAT - duh. doh my bendy parts are NOT amused. frown But, at least I can take a deep breath again. So, today I swam 1,000 yds VERY carefully. yes

Good job over the weekend team! cheerleader

Today's run: 4.2 miles, 42:32 minutes. The weather is still perfect for running here. Not to cold, and not hot. We are having a very mild winter. We are getting some snow in the mountains so I am tempted to go skiing.

My son wants me to start at the gym with him tomorrow. Before the AS got real bad, I was cycling 26 miles a day outdoors. I loved it!! Before I get going is there anything I need to worry about. I plan on working at it slowly. I'd like to one day start cycling long distances again.

2 mile walk yesterday .. brought golf clubs and made a few strokes along the way.. In January in Illinois..it's too much.
Today, 2 miles to YMCA and back with 1/2 mile swim in the middle.
