If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

today: walked, first i walked a colleague out to her car just so we had a few mintues to talk, kind of sad work is that busy. then i swung by another colleague's office in another building and we took a walk, guess we had a lot to vent about because we walked and walked and stopped for a chicken taco and walked some more, 8500 steps total, walked about an hour and a half total, 4 miles, but mostly, very good to talk to friends that i just don't see often enough!

Woohoo! I'm home in my own house with my husband! I love Washington Yesterday I dragged luggage (which I think can be counted as walking) for over an hour through various airports, the lightrail, and downtown Seattle, onto the ferry and up to my truck. I'm claiming 1 hour! Phew! Today my back is killing me and I'm going to dangle around in the deep end of the pool for a while. I'll let ya'll know if I manage to swim any laps. Go TEAM!

good to see you home again! and in a pool!
lugging lugging counts infinity points! its one of the hardest things for me to do. about once a year when i go to a meeting and i have to do even less lugging than you described, its times like that that i realize i'm a lot sicker than i let on to myself. after all these years, i've arranged my life, my environment so carefully that i've accommodated myself so well. its mostly when i have to step outside of my carefully created world that i realize just how hard everything is, as i watch others, even those much much older than me and much much more frail looking lugging luggage with what seems like much greater ease. so i can totally empathize!

Hi My FAVORITE TEAM MATES!!! I have missed you so much! My last three days stats are: Wednesday - swimming / 30 minutes (ouch, couldn't count laps, lugging luggage made my back hurt VERY MUCH! - thanks Sue for the Zanaflex suggestion, I just saw my doc and she wrote me a prescription) Thursday - swimming / 1,000 yds / 50 minutesFriday - swimming / 1,000 yds / 40 minutesYou wouldn't believe how much I missed you people! I know, we're just interweb buddies, but I really really missed you all. The support here is just amazing. You people totally rock my recovery! Go TEAM!
