If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Everyone! Last month I happened upon the most wonderful pair of shoes. They are Altra Trail Runners, but I've been wearing them as walking shoes. I like them because there's a LOT of room in the front - so no squeezing from the sides. It is amazing how much less my feet hurt when I wear them for all of my daily walking. Has anyone else had luck with particular shoes? I'm walking an hour every day, playing with my grandkids, swimming when I can! Gooooooooo TEAM!

Still walking....thankfully the quarantine didn't hit until spring...where we live, not many people around, so easy to take a walk and not come near people...getting to know neighbors better and better as we are all out walking...and talking loudly to one another from a distance

I'm getting some great use from my trail shoes. Living at 10K feet in Colorado for the summer. No campers this year due to COVID19 so all we have is the occasional hiker and a bunch of marmots. Search "Grand Mesa Lakes" and you'll see where we are.

Yes, I had a look as well. WOW. I sent the link to my nephew and family who live in Boulder, they have visited, and will be going back in again. They say 'amazing'.

AS is so weird. Yesterday I walked 3.7 miles and this morning I feel great. Sometimes I walk two blocks and need to come home and lie down. Thankful for a few days like yesterday and today!

He Everyone! I hope you're all doing well in this weird new year. Can't believe I haven't been "here" for nearly 3 months. As per usual I've been out walking every day for 30+ minutes. And also as per usual, I've been seeking out the perfect shoe and insert so my feet can handle the stress of walking. I tend to walk for a few minutes, then sit down or lean on something and stretch, then walk some more. It's slow going but the osteopenia hasn't gotten any worse since I switched out swimming for walking. Gooooooooooo team!

Hey everybody. New to the forum. Diagnosed a year ago after way to many years of pain. I love trying to keep fit and active, it's my mental release. Mainly water sports, live in Australia
