walked, 1.5 miles, 30 minutes, with hubby, nice warm sunny early summer day, the birds were very active, especially the red winged black birds in the tall grass field.

Went to the gym for 35 mins each day, Thursday and Friday, and walked yesterday and today 2 1/2 miles each day. Took 45 minutes each time. Good job!

Ok, I think I can now safely say that you're ADDICTED to running!  If the ankle rolling had happened to me, I would have called my husband to come pick me up. I'm such a sissy about being hurt anymore. You win. Here's a song tribute to your tenacity. Nobody be offended, it's just my 80's disco showing. I am addicted. I thought about calling my wife, but I thought I would try running on it first. It didn't hurt as I finished the run, but later in the day it got sore again. It feels OK today, and I don't run again until Tuesday. I am very impressed with your swimming. I like to swim, but not do laps. My son is on the swim team in high school.

Today I swam 750 meters. i didn't mark the time. It's windy and 90F here today.

I love people that can run like that, I have never been able to but I walk and can walk forever just cant run..lol but hey its a start right?

Last night 2 hours in the pool doing laps have no idea how many but it is helping, Bill was with me and he did them too.
