If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yesterday I did a cannon ball into the pool because the kids were the kids were doing it. OMG, it felt like my head was being ripped off by the water. Sheesh. Getting old ain't for sissies LOL. My swim for the past few days. played in the deep end of the pool without a noodle for 40 minutes. Day before walked a mile with my grandson. Day before that I swam 500 yds and cleaned house for 2hrs. Today - roadtrip with my hubby! Go TEAM!

i've been on the tizanidine almost every night at bedtime for over 10 years now. other than dry mouth (for a short time that a glass of water solves) and drowsiness for about an hour (which frankly helps me to sleep), no negative side effects that i'm aware of.
yesterday, walked 1 mile, ~25 minutes.
nasty headcold, couldn't really do any more. wish this stupid thing would go way, but last two days, friday all day, and yesterday starting in the evening and going til now, horrible migraine from the congestion. hot liquids help. my zyrtec and LDN and vitamin C help (i think), the steam from a hot shower helps........with that said, that's where i'm going now...........maybe after that i'll have enough energy to put the herbs in the ground, before it rains.........

decided to skip the walk today, let my body finish healing itself, maybe this head cold is finally getting better, no relapse tonight like the last 2 days.
did spend several hours in the herb garden, weeding and putting the herbs in. hubby helped me a lot since i was still under the weather, adn we finally had weather that was conducive to being out there. nice day, warm but a nice cooling breeze and sunny enough.

This mornings run 3.8 miles in 36:05 minutes. With every ones running, walking, swimming, and biking have we made it around the world yet (do we have the distance to have circled the earth)? Stay active.
