I don't know if you can take it Steve, but when things are bad (lots of pain while trying to sleep, or lots of muscle spasms) I can take cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) and just clock out of this world until morning. I sound like a drug addict but seriously this week both hands were spasming into tight painful fists while I tried to fall asleep. Times like those I am greatful for the pharmaceutical industry!

On the bike, 20km in 31.29 minutes jogging 5km in 36.05 minutes.

Today no swimming and it was my only day this week in the gym. its my 2nd week being nanny to my little bundle of fun and i can tell you I will be happy when mummy gets her holidays at the end of the month. i will never think badly of anyone again who minds children and at the end of the day simply has no energy for anything.

This little fella has me totally destroyed!

Father's day gift a new bicycle so I can ride with the wee little ladies.

for now that just means laps up down and aroudn the neighborhood.

Still have to good little hills. Half hour on the bicycle today getting used to being back on one after a lot of years.

used to ride my bike all the time in high school, college, grad school, as it was my main form of transportation. then we moved to maryland and just too much traffic, then moved again, and again. after not being on the bike for ~15 years, got it out, dusted it off, got new tires, and got back on it. so weird at first, but after a while, it was like, well, riding a bike! have fun riding with the ladies in your life! and happy fathers' day!

Then you insert the picture by clicking the icon directly to the right of the little white envelope above. When you click on the icon it asks you to insert a right, left, center, or non-floating image and you put thi URL link to your photo there.
