If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thursday stats: KravMaga CB: 60 minutes Whew..I survived. There's a nice breeze outside. Warm week..so I'm hoping we get that rain tomorrow and cooler nights again! I've found my latest energy fuel! Fruity pebbles in a cup of milk!!! I dont know why I've suddenly fallen head over heels over fruity pebbles but it's pretty intense! If I just get a bit of 2% milk I am able to tolerate it. I havent been able to drink milk since I was a kiddo. So it's a great treat for bug! Sometimes I get one in the evenings. A nice treat after an exhausting day. Put on my fav perfume mr bengay again and am ready to catch some zzz's Tomorrow is fry-day and much to do! Have to finish getting the last of my wee bug's Monster high Draculaura costume!! GOOOOOOO teammmmmmm!!

though its not my idea of exercise really, realize i walked 1.5 miles from car, to and from lunch, back out to car to move it and get more work from the trunk, back into building, then to car for the night. a quarter mile each way really adds up. well, i guess the handicapped parking being a quarter mile away has an advantage on my better days figure 30 minutes of walking, ~ 5 minutes each way.

thanks erica! i did use my pedometer on sunday when i went to letchworth, but at the university i could tell you down to the number of steps how far each parking lot is, i know, cause when i'm laden down with books, computer, breakfast/lunch/dinner, a purse, umbrella, jacket, etc, (and i often make multiple trips to retrieve things to lighten my load) trust me, i know! they truly have no idea, must think we just come in 9-5 with a little sandwich for lunch, never realizing how much work, etc we cart back and forth! ok, rant over, kind of sad that every day as i pull in to the parking lot, i'm reminded daily that a quarter mile walk from the nearest parking lot is really not acceptable as the closest handicapped parking! there are 8 spots on our side of campus near the buildings, and if you don't arrive before 8 am, good luck getting those. and even last night, tried to pull my car around at 8 pm and those spots were filled with non-handicapped parking cars since those spots are in front of the library.......grrr! ok, rant really over now.........but i am one of those few people that does speak up, have been calling the parking office, talking to various people, involving the ombudsman, etc to try to figure out how to rectify all of this.........i also emailed the vice president of something or the other at the university to inquire as to where the recycle bins are in the new $57 million dollar sustainable construction eating/shopping/student service area of campus; they made a big deal out of how environmentally mindful they were about construction, have a "market" with "green" products, etc, and yet, no one thought of recycling! every time i go over there to eat, i ask the people who work there where to throw my aluminum foil, paper container, etc, and they look at me very puzzled and ask their manager, and of course, this never occurred to anyone, ok, rant over now! LOL! don't worry i'm not angry all the time, i have learned to compartmentalize or i'd drive myself crazy........i know, i care about things WAY too much! that's both good and bad, caring about things is what allows us to accomplish things, change things for the better, etc, but we have to be careful not to let things get to us. have a nice day!
