Hey, guess what? I found a Bike Shop that will make my Townie into a super cool TRIKE! I'm considering one of these seats, in the hopes that my tailbone won't hurt at all. Anyone ever tried one?

My hubby and I discovered this shop after checking at all 6 bike shops in town to see if anyone was willing to do the conversion.

It's a small town, so in total I rode 2.5 miles.

Go TEAM! clap

walked ~1.5 miles, ~30 minutes.

had to be at work this weekend, so took a break and walked around the more natural parts of campus. it was a nice sunny day today smile and 50 degrees, perfect walking weather.

Today's run: It was slightly raining today, and I thought about getting on the cross-trainer instead of running outside. I decided to give it a go outside. ran 3.55 miles 35:15 minutes. I ran down by BYU so I had to stop at a couple stoplights going down and back.

Hi Team,

Hey, I had a grief counseling session today and we ended up talking about my grief from dealing with this disease - and the HMs as well. The therapist asked me if I was willing to look into Radical Acceptance. It's intriguing, so I'm doing it!
rainbow
Anyone here try it?

Anyway... I swam 1/2 mile in 34 minutes today.

Been flaring the last few days. Getting random swelling all over. Right index knuckle, right ulnar wrist area, ball of one foot, toe in the other, and of course the ever present tailbone pain and swelling.

Oh well, I'm working on RADICALLY ACCEPTING the pain as well as the EVER IRRITATING PAIN MEDS that come with it. eek2

Everyone with me. "I'm grateful for medicine", blah blah blah. devil2

Go TEAM! clap
