beautiful day today, low 50s, cool and crisp and sunny. walked in the back field, then down the road, then down through a little neighborhood. tons of seagulls descended on the field where the butternut squash had just been harvested; assuming tons of seeds to consume, it was an impressive sight.

walked 50 minutes, 2.5 miles.

would have walked more, but dinner was calling: curried lentil and eggplant soup; wild rice with toasted almonds, dried cherries, and mushrooms.

rainbow

this is why i love walking outside and why going to a gym and walking on a treadmill just isn't the same! but not everyone is as lucky as we are i suppose to have such nice areas to walk! though i suspect if i lived in a city, i'd find different interesting things to catch my attention, as when i go to meetings in big cities, i love walking around there as well.

Today's run: 3.3 miles, 33 minutes.

I went to the neurologist today. Checking on the MS, and making sure the Avonex is not causing more problems than it is solving. She is amazed that I can still run. I am just grateful that I can run. I do have some minor balance issues, but not bad.
