If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ran 9.5 miles 1 hr 33 minutes. My plan was to only run 9 miles, but I was going to be a little short so I took another way back. Better to run longer than shorter. I love this cooler weather, perfect running weather. As I was running there was a 10k race going the other direction.

Buggie here...awake and sore ..but it's Sadddd-eeer day!! I was late cuz hubby made a bank run at the last minute! So I missed the 10 min cut off. On the plus side...I got to enjoy the outside weather.. Saturday STATS: Jogging: 2 1/2 miles Walked: 1/2 mile 46 minutes. I decided to try a bit more than the usual 2 because the weather was amazing and I had my pandora radio on, the stars were aligned and I could not resist! Unfortunately, my legs were still jello from yesterdays class..so I only made that extra 1/2 mile! But hey! it's a start right? Shower time and some pumpkin hunting! Gooooo Team!!!!

Up all night. My husband's brother was burned in a propane explosion, but the injury is nowhere near as bad as it could have been. 2nd degree burns on his hands, and 1st on his face and neck. THANK YOU GOD he wears glasses! We went swimming early to burn off some nerves... swimming - 1,550 yds / 1 hourI've decided to just stay in the pool for an hour and keep moving, even if it's slowly after my first 20 laps. Slow being a relative turn, as it takes me 2 minutes to swim 50 yds. Go TEAM!

Friday: Walk: 4 miles (80 minutes)
I worked on a couple of vehicles today and then sat outside talking with my father-in-law. And now I think I'll test some progams I wrote. So, no activity to record for today. Tomorrow I think I'll go for a longer bike ride and maybe put together some upper body exercises.

it's national chemistry week! Natl Chem Week so volunteered at our local museum and science center with a few of my students, helping kids, young and old, to make fake blood, colored slime, and make testtubes disappear in a liquid. great fun! then came home and walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes. tomorrow we're supposed to go to letchworth! Letchworth
