I went to bed at 9 pm last night! Caught up on a lot of sleep thank God! My knee hurts like heck now so I may stick to the KRAV CB class and walks for now--but it did kick start my weekend and the instructor is very funny and upbeat...really good music too!! cheerleader

Hi Lath,

I find that swimming is great exercise for the upper and lower back as well as the neck. Swimming is great because it's a non impact sport meaning there is no pressure added while you stretch!

I went to the gym for 15 minutes today (usually 1/2 hour but I slept in) and a walk for 30 minutes.

I go to the gym at 7:30 a.m. each morning if anyone wants to join exercising at that time through cyberspace!

Sue,

I was wondering what the heck is "band exercises"? I looked it up...think rubber band.

kinda. you do them with "therabands":

http://www.thera-band.com/store/index.php?CategoryID=11

PT can teach and then you can do them.

here's a good one for the rhomboids:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yeVAWDi0mqg

here's good ones for rotator cuff:

wall pushups good too (no bands):

but really, PT best place to start to get the right exercises, IMHO.

I love theraband exercises, when I'm being monitored by a PT. cheerleader I'm too clumsy to use them unsupervised, and no I am not joking. eyes
