If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Pre-christmas run this morning 7.04 miles 1 hour 10 minutes. It is a sunny day here in Utah. Very cold this morning, not bad now. My son went snowboarding today. I thought about going skiing, but decided to wait until next week.

yesterday, christmas day, we walked 1.5 miles in 30 minutes started out at dusk, finished going through the neighborhood cul-de-sac in the dark; all the christmas lights were on, so a very pretty walk back into the low 40s again, a warm christmas walk, that was nice. if we're not going to have a white christmas, then i'll take a warm christmas

thanks erica, its about time for me. had been so busy with work at the beginning of the quarter, that had really slacked off on the walking. but really have no excuse right now not to do it, and once i'm out there, i really enjoy it. getting back into the habit while school is out for three weeks will hopefully help me to continue once the students return. all i have right now is to work on research papers, so easy to fit breaks in. and its been so warm lately, that makes walking easier. and unlike a pool being closed, the great out of doors is never closed so no excuses for me, not even christmas preparations now that that is over.
