If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Yesterday I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer. It said I went 3.5 miles, but I was still in the same place the whole time.
Today I shoveled wet heavy snow. I live in Utah we are suppose to get light powder snow.
Tomorrow I am going skiing. I have to get ready for the AS ski party.

It is only about 45 Min outside of Salt lake. We have always gone to Solitude for the AS ski party in the past. It is up Big Cottonwood canyon. Then we have dinner in Sandy (a suburb south of Salt Lake) at the mouth of the canyon. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=Salt+Lake+City,+UT&daddr=Solitude,+UT&hl=en&geocode=Fcv1bQIdma1U-SntMdGIlD1ShzHKMU1IoLdTWw%3BFTbUawIdzDtZ-SnXA8xb6nFShzE9lFS4V4rNyw&mra=ls&sll=40.629588,-111.596375&sspn=0.9453,1.275787&ie=UTF8&ll=40.696258,-111.774902&spn=0.242599,0.318947&t=h&z=12

Good evening friends! Tuesday stats: Womens Krav: 60 min Wednesday : Nada con Nada with a side order of zilchola! Looks like Krav is going to continue on with womens self defense krav classes after this week! yahoo! It was an 8 week trial period to see what kind of interest there would be. If anyone has seen "enough" with Jlo=--well thats what we learned. I havent seen the movie. But she trained in Krav to prep for the movies character. Had a great partner. Breaking a choke hold from front and all kinds of good exercise. Today I woke up feelin like crud. We've had MORE rain. Not steady enough though. Just enough to keep things muggy and ikky and pressure changes killing my ribs, clavicle and neck. Neck has been sore for 3 days now. So I decided to pass in class today. The good thing about this new womens class is that they will be incorporating levels I, II, and III techniques!! Without having to test to pass to the next level. Mix in techniques! I'll still take the co-ed when I can so I can test in a few months if my wee bones can handle it at that time. Meanwhile this weather has my skin so dry--use the lotion but my back gets an itchy spot...well toss in sore joints, and there is NO way I can bend my arm back to reach the round of my shoulderblade! arghhhh!! I was a roly poly bug in bed trying desperately to reach that tiny little itch! Sofie finally came and saved me! New Years is around the corner and I cant believe another year is about to pass us by!! Goooooo team!!!

LOL, love your quote for wednesday! as for the dry skin, i have that problem too, especially in winter, and a bit worse each year, when it reaches the eczema stage where it flakes and scabs over, so so itchy. thus far i think either the eucerin or pure shea butter seem best and if i'm good about it, can keep the eczema under control for now. while pure shea can be a little pricy, it goes a long long way so really very affordable overall. bought a rather expensive cream called "seven cream" from my naturopath's office, a bunch of ingredients with water then shea butter as the number one and two ingredients, but not finding it any better than the eucerin or pure shea. i also take a bath in a mixture of colloidal oatmeal and grape seed oil (i get the pure oil in the cooking aisle of the health food store, its actually cheaper there and unscented too, a plus i think, i can always add my own essential oils that i'm not allergic to.) me, finally got my butt outside for a walk tonight, didn't make it til after dark, but a good safe little cul-de-sac to walk in, weather pretty good, cold, but no wind, so easy to be warm if bundled up well. that loosened my neck / shoulder up again. walked, 2 miles, 42 minutes

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)
