If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I think I figured it out for our pool. 107.5 laps is about 2000 yards. I keep forgetting to look at my lap counter ring thingie to see how long it takes So that will be my goal for each day, so far I did that on Friday & Sat, but only 50 today, because we rushing to a BBQ to replace all the calories burned with fattening treats..

Sue, You're totally in this one! Just add in your swimming time! We should really just make a multi-sports team... My stats for today = 1,000yd 40 minutes New TOTAL = 2,000 yd 90 minutes Go Team!

Do I get to calculate in the time spent floating on the lounger? Like I am doing now? (mental prep phase, very important! )

thanks erica! ok, i'll add in a walk/run distance/time and a bike distance/time and if anyone adds to those, i'll keep going, otherwise, i'll just happily cheer on the swimmers so, this weekend: walk: 3 miles, 70 minutes bike: 8 miles, 40 minutes today? its so hot out, sure would be a good day to be in a body of water, but walking or biking along one will have to suffice.
