If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

today: walking in the rain, just a light drizzle, at dusk, peaceful, with a hooded rain jacket, not even a bother.
1.5 miles, 30 minutes
tomorrow i will get up earlier, get out earlier, see if i can get a longer walk in.
looks like its gonna be a rainy weekend though, so a bikeride is probably out. but that's ok, i enjoy walking, in all sorts of weather, so long as i dress for it.

I really like my GPS. I can now run anywhere, and it tracks my distance.

Saturday stats: Krav CB: 60 min I was able to make it to the morning one which was refreshing! I peeled myself outta bed when my wee ones woke up and headed out to visit with their great grampa Memo and breakfast with Gramma aka my momma This morning is fantastic! My momma made me some early birthday menudo so i'm going to hit a hot bath and then eat! Mass today and then I think i'll go for some walking this afternoon! Have some fluid in my left hand and both were super stiff today...and so were my hubby's hands...weather changes--etiher way i'm happy! So are the wee ones and miss G and our insane boxer!

Friday: walk 4 miles (80 minutes)
I did nothing this weekend. Not even yardwork...well nothing significant...just rode the lawn mower. I had to work about 14 hours over Saturday and Sunday. But, the good news is I can start to telecommute to work one day a week...I'm thinking I'll get in noon time bike rides!

Sundays stats: Jog/walk: 2 miles 30 min. My jog is like a shuffle but I had my hands hurting and I refused to waste a beautiful day. Took the wee ones to mass and some tacos, then took my personal bodyguard with me ...aka my boxer mr Bubba. He was pleased as punch! He was so happy with the cool breeze. This time I had my dog mace spray (b/c of past dog attack) in hand while at the school so I felt a bit more at ease. Still leaves one unsettled after something like that happens All because of negligent owners. But other than a field full of teenage boy soccer players and a few sassy chihuahuas ...it was quiet and Bubba ignored the wee doggies! lol He was too happy to lose his "mojo" Showered now and ready to get some good sleep tonight since Arthur is off tomorrow...I can sleep in till 9-10 yahoo! he's taking the kiddos to school. yahoo! GO TEAM!!
