If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

It's been ages since I've been able to get out walking - snow, wind, rain - but today was glorious.
Yay!

Walked again today (weather still good) - 2.5 miles 50 minutes. My hip and low back are sore right now so I was limping home.

The coolest thing - on Wednesday a member of my online grief group came to visit for two days and now my best friend is here for a week. Then my sister and her hubby are coming for Christmas week, and in January my other sister is coming for a week. sounds like a great month or so! should have gone out for a walk this weekend as it was very warm yesterday (~60ish). but instead, cleaned, straightened, organized the house (in preparation for christmas decorating), so moving around all day long both days..... to the point that it was actually a computer free weekend; haven't had an entire weekend that was computer free in ages. i do try to have at least one day a week with no email, no internet; kinda like no tv days / weeks. its amazing how much i can accomplish with the computer off!

Great Job gang! I Often work out knowing that you have been exercising when you can, from running to snow removal- what a gang! I am so thankful I can report continued limited, yet enjoyable activity outside and at the inside center! 35 minutes a day for last week.
Yes, those pocket packs can warm up a muscle, quickly. I once had to use several after hunting all day and got so cold that I could not get the keys out of my pocket. within minutes my fingers were toasty and working great!!
