If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Ok! Now I see the result of your many hours of yard work. Good Job. Your place reminds me of my old place in Auburn, CA. Go TEAM!

thanks erika funny you should ask about the feet: been on mobic since saturday. don't know if 1) still feeling the effects of all the standing i did on thursday and saturday or 2) mobic is giving me low level edema, my feet are always the first to feel it, with more inflammation than normal or 3) the mobic's just not kicking in (yet) and my feet are simply flaring. regardless, feets are unhappy at the moment though being able to sit longer due to the awesome chiro helping my ribs is helping the feet to recover

Ran 4.1 miles (39:14 minutes) I didn't feel well this morning, but a run fixed that. I usually run on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I could not run yesterday so I had to run today.
