dow (and lath),

yes, it does take a while to adjust. heart

after spunky passed away, we kept finding her feathers all over the place. while she was alive, we'd just throw them out, without a second thought. once she was gone, every one was like a treasure, we filled up a jar with them.

yes, woohoo to indian summer! cheerleader

it was in the 80s the last few days. down to around 60 today, but i didn't mind, actually perfect walking weather today. walked 2 miles in 42 minutes. along the road, noticing the changing leaves and golden corn fields. along the canal for a little ways, listening to the birds, mostly crows today. all in all, a nice walk.

Well I am back. Kids went great at SRC camp. That is surf rescue certificate. So my stats for the week are aprox.

Walked about 20km
Open ocean swims about 5km
Board paddle about 2km

About 3000 bicep curls. Lifting drinks
And died every night. LOL

Seriously though proud of the amount I was able to do this week and other than having no vioce left I am feeling good on the LDN.

Trish
