If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today I ran a little over 7 miles took about an hour and eight minutes. Ran up American Fork canyon, it was beautiful. The up hill was tough, and there were many cars in the canyon. It was my first run in the canyon this year.

Totally right there with you, Lath, with all those little habits that you notice after they are gone
We picked up Snowball's remains from the vet the other day, nice little flowery box
Every night for the last eight years, before I go to sleep, I've always stopped to given each of our four dogs a liver treat.
A few nights ago, after I gave each of the three we still have their treats, I saw in my hand that I still had one left, I had forgotten
I still sometimes grab Snowball's leash by mistake when getting the other dogs ready for a walk
Still adjusting!

Thanks Dow. I'm glad I'm not alone in feeling this way. I'm sorry about your Snowball too. I guess we are just lucky to have pets that fill such a large part of our life. As you say...it's an adjustment now.
