Stats for Thursday: Krav CB: 60 minutes.. Yes..I'm late posting...but it was the wee bug Sofia's 10th birthday this weekend so skipped class yesterday and took her and her bff's to movies and cake and shopping!  She hit the big "10"!!  Congrats Tink on the new fitness class!! Hows it working out? i know about the weights issue. Whats the class called? They let us modify if we have knee, back, hand, etc problems. I think to myself..."what if your whole body is a mess? lol"  we've been hit with so much rain since saturday morning! cooler days..it's 70 degrees right now!! yahoo!!!

today, hubby and i took a walk together, beautiful sunset, 1.5 miles, 35 minutes
