If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thursday stats: Rocky aka buggy is flat out. Krav CB: 60min. New instructor. Think they are usually teaching KM defense classes only if I'm correct. He tortured us in ways that should be banned or considered "illegal". We had to partner up for 2 drills. Medicine ball and rolling them up and down our front of calves while doing crunches. Sick instructor..sick I say!! When it was all said and done i was proud...because my partner finished her turn and i did too and the rest stopped altogether. This weather and all ..the rain was great but my joints just are so sore. I want to snap out of it, but cant seem to. I've been going to bed several hours earlier and am still pooped out. Art comes back from Victoria tomorrow..hallelujiah!!! Go team!! erika...we must now find rocky trunks!!

Well, I say strap on that pedometer and count it in your miles each day! Remember, the entire planet is watching our world famous KickAS FITNESS team, so we have to be examples of how one exercises in the face of adversity! Go TEAM!

I'm having such a good time with the new FLIP TURNS! Had to take two muscle relaxers today, but it was worth the fun. I only got water up my nose twice today. Stats: swimming + 40 turns (I'm really flippin' tired!) 1,400 yds / 45 minutesGo TEAM!
