stupid school! no time for exercise! unless walking about a mile each way to and from class counts! LOL!

and since the chiro fixed that rib, sue is a happy camper. today was a good day!

when i went to sit on the edge of a table in class, felt the same horrible feeling nearer the spine. got up immediately. so wonder if something similar going on with either the spine or maybe where the rib attaches to the spine (the other day it was a rib stuck under the shoulder blade). but thank god sitting doesn't affect it! and going back to chiro on wednesday so he can address it then.

just so happy to have found this chiro,

tomorrow i go home early to do a proper walk! at least that's my plan. maybe wednesday after the chiro as well, we'll see!

Yay! cheerleader

Ok, my yard work time is seriously lacking. I picked strawberries for about 10 minutes tonight... and a few corn and zucchini. Any my husband picked jalapenos and raspberries. In all though, it only took 20 minutes tops and we ate as many berries as we brought in... so I think maybe that defeats the calorie reduction activity!

Go TEAM! clap
