If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Sue! I swear I'm having sympathy pains for you. At around 1:45pm pacific time, I had the most godawful stabbing cramp in my right deltoid ~ around lap #7, and nearly sunk to the bottome of the pool. If I find out something happened to you at the same time, that's it... I'm becoming a psychic. For pay of course. My stats today: Swimming - 1,000 yds / 35 minutesGo TEAM!

LOL! no, actually at 1:45 pm things were pretty good! but makes me smile to know you were thinking of me. actually went to this really good chiro today for my rhomboid, sounds like he will be addressing it similarly to how it was addressed back in virginia when i had a good PT and good physiatrist. i have faith we can get this back under control. of course ask me after i've had to go to work on monday, two more days to try to heal a bit first.
today: walked: 2 miles, 40 minutes and since it rained all afternoon and was just clearing up near sunset, got to see another pretty rainbow again while out walking!

All I want to do today is ... But I have to do come canning and catch up on the weeding ~ the dinosaur plants are competing with my veggies! Stats: swimming - 1,050 yds / 35 minutes walking - 2 miles / 40 minutes minutesI've been watching YouTubes on kicking while swimming and I'm gradually getting a teensy bit faster. Go TEAM!
Edited by EricaK (09/04/10 10:03 PM) Edit Reason: Added a walk! Woohoo!

Sat stats 9/4/10: KM CB: 60 min I was shuffeling about for the 10am slot...UNbelievable! It was an absolutely splendid day because we had nonstop rain the night before all the way till about 5-6am! My yellow bells are over 6 ft tall now! There's been a breeze for 2 days and nights...sweet! Must have been the change in temp and rain that eased the joints torture and livened me up a bit. Small class...guess lots of folks slept in or out and about enjoying the day early....and it went smooth. Only trouble with elbow balancing..planks i think they call it...trying to keep the back straight a few inches off the ground. Me'ol'spinie dont care for it at all!! Other than that I was pleased. Showered and baby buggy had a birthday party to attend at her friends gramma's house in new braunfels...so we enjoyed the small trip and weather along the way. Only downside? Couple of muddy patches in yard + one silly boxer boy named Bubba = Muddy tracks! Ack!! But he was laying out in the sun supervising Art saw off the last shrub. Go team!

triathlete,
by all means! good to see you here, welcome! saw your other post about exercise. i think a lot of people have times where things are harder and then times when things are easier, so we do what we can when we can.
today i walked 2 miles, 40 minutes.
buggy,
we too had a cold front move in! 2 days ago it was 90, yesterday it was only 65, cool and crisp, and when i went out in the evening at sunset, the storm clouds were in the process of drifting away, the sky was so magnificently dramatic! a mixture of dark charcoal grey and pinks and oranges and indigo blue. i love the sky after storms, especially at sunset!
