If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Tuesday stats: KM CB: 60 minutes of pure torture. Had Rube today as teacher. Great instructor...ferocious. lol I need to get a knee brace though. I have such a hard time with my knees..years now. I tried a brace Arthur got me but it wasnt give me correct support. May have to go skadoodling around for one this week. Anywho..I survived and am on an anti starch night...a big bowl of spaghetti..and i dont care pffft!! i think i deserve it. Goooo team!! windy nights lately...hoping for yardwork soon..i have one shrub that got's to go...but i dont know if i can do it without arthur. he's outta town and i'm pooped out with 3 crazy buggies! we shall see!!

today: walked: 2.5 miles, 45 minutes
so good for the SI joint to have settled down and the back spasms to be gone already!
but much more troubling is my upper back / neck. i can walk forever, seems to be the only thing that gives me momentary relief. but can't sit, and trying to get ready for the school year is becoming next to impossible.
started a pred dosepack today. will report back later. but so far no negative side effects that i can tell (9 hours into day 1; 8 mg at 3 pm, 4 mg at 7 pm, 4 mg at 11 pm, and supposed to take another 8 mg at bedtime. then less each day for 6 days total. my feet feel better after all that walking than they ever do and my right knee, no impingement from my hamstring tendonitis. and my upper back feels a lot better. right now its just my neck along my spine that concerns me, and all those bizarre symptoms that are going along with it.

True Sue! Bending is hard work...if I had to do that more than a couple times..I'd be stuck there...in my early days I was the turtle bug. I'd get stuck like that...i'd forget...or lay on the floor and couldnt get up...kids would have to roll turtle bug over! Go Sue, Erika, Lath, team!
