Hiked and picked up litter with the cub scouts today: 90 min and 1 mile (and lots of bending!!!!)
I loved when I was in cub scouts! Good for you working with the boys!

Ran 2.25 miles this morning. Didn't run far because I am saving my legs for the half marathon on Saturday. It is 4 miles up hill then 9 miles down hill. WOW...that is just awesome. Welcome to the team and you are starting to inspire me. I think I'm going to try short little runs with weekend walks.

Oh ya...Blue Oyster Cult...saw them June 6, 1976 with the J. Geils Band, Jeff Beck, Mahogany Rush, and Sammy Hagar at Day On The Green #4 of 1976...more good times! Yes, I'm an old rock-n-roller and I have the hearing to prove it. Concerts sure where cheap in those days.
